The pools and water slides are fantastic for kids. Check-in took forever due to overcrowding.

Oh, the culinary gems around here! River City Cafe stood out with its tasty burgers, and grabbing a scoop of Ben & Jerry's after hitting the beach was bliss. The location is a win. The pools were a blast! A quick hop to local spots makes dining a breeze.
Check-in was a circus! First, we ended up in a room with another family—yikes! Our new room didn’t match what we booked, and we were left hanging for towels.

We stayed in a One-Bedroom Suite, Ocean Front, and the location was awesome! The room was clean, and the ocean view was stunning. The bed was super comfy with lots of cozy pillows. But the room felt a bit small for a family. Also, the balcony was tiny compared to other places we checked. We loved the wristband check-in, super convenient! Some noise from nearby rooms, but nothing too distracting. Overall a nice spot for a beach stay!

I thoroughly enjoyed the accessible beachfront location, which made it easy for me to stroll along the beautiful sandy shore. The hotel boasts well-maintained common areas and inviting pool facilities, ideal for relaxation.
More accessible seating around the pools would be great.

The one-bedroom suite was super spacious with a stunning ocean view and comfy beds. Spa bath and private bathroom were just what we needed. Loved the outdoor furniture on the balcony, perfect for enjoying mornings! We had a fridge and microwave for easy meals. Great location, steps from the beach and nearby restaurants.

The location was fantastic with easy access to the beach and a lovely view from our oceanfront room. However, some aspects of the stay were disappointing, such as the room’s outdated condition and a long wait during check-in. It’s a great spot for families with kids enjoying the pools, but improvement is needed in room maintenance and customer service.

The indoor pools and water slides were fantastic for my family! The lazy river was a major hit with the kids. The location was perfect with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy beach access. Plus, using all the pools at different buildings was a nice bonus!

I had a pleasant stay with a fantastic ocean view and enjoyed the pools and lazy rivers that were perfect for the kids. However, the check-in process was disorganized, and the wi-fi connection kept dropping. Great for families looking for fun activities but be prepared for some service hiccups.

Had a great time with friends! The pools and lazy rivers were perfect for our group, and we enjoyed the fun DJ by the pool. We checked out the fireworks show at Broadway at the Beach and loved all the activities available for us. Highly recommend checking out the nearby restaurants too!
Only downside was the noise from neighbors. The walls are thin, and we had loud children running in the hall late at night. It took a few calls to the front desk to find some peace.

Great pools and convenient location
We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, and the pools were fantastic for our family, especially the lazy river. The friendly staff made our experience even better, always ready to help with a smile. However, the condition of the elevators could be improved as they were slow and often crowded, which made getting around a bit frustrating.
